We would like to draw your attention to just a few of the many training events taking place this term - with some short cuts that might save you time searching for them!
Academy Funding is at the top of the management agenda for many schools at the moment.  We have designed courses to assist both Finance Officers and  School Governors in their efforts to ensure that all legal requirements are met as efficiently as possible.  Details are now on our website at " Academy Finance Officer " and " Academy Finance Governor ".

All School Finance Officers will already be aware of SFVS - do you need some help and guidance?  Go to " The Schools Financial Value Standard (SFVS) " directly and see how we can assist you.

If you are a SENCO or involved in SEN administration, take a look at the courses we are running in London and Manchester - they may be invaluable in keeping you up to date, helping you to work more efficiently or widening your knowledge base. Just click the links: " SENCO: National Developments in SEN Education  " or " Effective SEN Administration  "

We receive very encouraging feedback from all our 'Technicians' courses so if you work in an Art and Design department you might well gain a great deal from "Developing the Role of the Art and Design Technician".

The ever-popular practical maintenance courses for Premises Staff are being repeated again in Spring 2012.  If you or one of your staff could benefit from improved skills and knowledge in plumbing, for example, this course could help you a great deal. Go directly to " Plumbing ".  Please note that at some venues this course will also be running in June!

The Electrical Awareness course being held in London in February is now full but we are running the same course again in the Summer Term - at several other venues, too!  Details are now on this website so you can go directly to " Electrical Awareness - 2 day Practical Training Course ".

All schools will have constructed a development plan but is yours just 'pie in the sky'?  If it was accurately costed, would that help in ensuring it can be achieved?  Take a look at the course we are offering in March:-  " Accurately Costing Your School Development Plan ".

Help with strategies to monitor and improve 'Attendance' also appears in the Spring schedule along with a course for Examinations Invigilators.  Take a 'quick link' through " Successful Strategies to Significantly Improve Attendance " or " Training Your Exam Invigilator Team - The Essential Toolkit ".
