All schools must show effective financial management through the SFVS which replaces the Financial Management in Schools standard (FMSIS). This has been designed to assist schools in effectively managing their finances and to give assurance that they have secure financial management in place.

* Explain the evidence required and how to collect it
* Provide procedures, checklists and exemplar material to prepare for external audit
